Refund policy
Please read all terms and conditions carefully to understand the following:
• Amounts paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Size exchange requests are permitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. (After this period, we cannot accept any size exchange requests.)
When requesting an exchange, the product must be in its original condition. Any defective item will not be exchanged.
• We can exchange an order if the requested size is available. The customer must pay the exchange delivery fee in addition to any difference in the product price.
Customers are only allowed to request an exchange once.
If exchanging an order purchased during a sale period or using a discount code, the customer must pay the difference between the current price and the sale price.
• Orders placed outside the UAE are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Modifications or additions made, such as changing the size, length, or any other modifications such as adding buttons, are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• WHEN THE ORDER IS BEEN CONFIRMED CANCELATION IS NOT APPROVED.

• لا يمكن استرداد المبالغ المسددة تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.
• يسمح بطلب تبديل المقاس خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب. (بعد انتهاء المدة المذكورة، لا يمكننا قبول أي طلبات تبديل للمقاسات).
• عند طلب الاستبدال يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، وفي حال وجود أي خلل في القطعة لن يتم التبديل.
• يمكننا استبدال الطلب إذا كان المقاس المطلوب متوفر. يجب على العميل دفع رسوم توصيل الاستبدال بالإضافة إلى أي فروقات في سعر المنتج.
• يُسمح للعملاء بطلب الاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط.
• في حال تبديل طلب تم شراؤه في فترة تخفيضات أو من خلال رمز خصم، يجب على العميل دفع الفروقات بين السعر الحالي وسعر التخفيضات.
• الطلبات التي خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، غير مؤهلة للإستبدال ولا الاسترجاع.
• التعديلات أو الإضافات؛ تعديل الحجم أو الطول أو أي تعديلات أخرى مثل إضافة أزرار، تكون غير مؤهلة للإستبدال ولا الاسترجاع.
